您从SourceForge下载的numpy-1.x.x-win32-superpack-python2.x.exe版本实际上只是围绕三个单独的二进制发行版（包含SSE3，SSE2或未启用SSE的精简包装，具体取决于你的CPU的功能）。如果在7-Zip（或其他存档实用程序）中打开superpack EXE文件，则可以在某处单独提取这些单独的安装文件。

由于pip只能从源代码安装，因此您需要设置构建和编译NumPy以便能够使用pip。我从未尝试过这个。
