配置dnsmasq侦听公共IP而不是仅侦听LAN

我正在尝试使用我的Raspberry Pi托管带有dnsmasq的DNS服务器。我可以通过LAN连接到DNS服务器，但是无法通过公共IP连接到它。我已经在路由器上转发了端口53。
