当EF生成更新语句时,它提供一个where子句,该子句匹配表上定义的所有键和并发列。如果查询不能精确地影响一行,则抛出该异常。

因此,您绑定的Employee对象缺少键或并发字段,或者另一个用户更改了背后的并发字段。

您可以启用sql语句的日志记录来检查正在生成的查询,以确认问题的原因。
