我在Heroku生产中出现迁移错误

我制作了一个简单的Laravel应用。
我将我的应用程序成功部署到了Heroku。

我的问题

运行此

heroku run php artisan migrate 

这些错误消息出现了。

我尝试了什么？

（1）在我的 config/database.php中，将所有utf8mb4重写为utf8。
也是utf8mb4_unicode_ci至utf8_unicode_ci。

（2）我跑了heroku run php artisan config:cache 之后，我重新运行heroku run php artisan migrate 但没有任何改变。

（3）我添加到config/database.php
'client_encoding' => 'utf8', 但什么都没发生。

最终，我使用数据库从PostgreSQL更改为MySQL，然后就可以迁移了。
