根据Update UI components with NavigationUI documentation，setupWithNavController()方法将UI元素（例如NavigationView）与NavController挂钩。

看setupWithNavController() Javadoc：

设置NavigationView与NavController一起使用。选择菜单项时，它将调用onNavDestinationSelected。当目的地更改时，NavigationView中的所选项目将自动更新。

因此，在内部，这是在NavigationView上设置适当的侦听器以处理菜单选择，并且在NavController上设置当当前目的地更改时更新选定的项。
