贝宝交易搜索结束日期过滤器不起作用

我已经使用贝宝好几个月了，没有遇到任何问题。

但是我无法使用PayPal Transaction Search api

获得最新交易

它不会从2020年3月7日开始退回订单。 没有错误信息。其实没有错误。
