无法连接到jupyter笔记本内核macOS？

Question

使用Python 3时，我无法连接到Jupyter Notebook的内核。

PM$ jupyter kernelspec list

Available kernels:
python3    /Users/Parth/Library/Jupyter/kernels/python3

我的笔记本不在Anaconda环境中。
