我认为这是一个Silverlight Bug。设置ItemsSource属性时，组合框弹出窗口的行为会从上到下变化。
我在每个组合框的DropDownClosed事件中克隆了我的组合框，这对我有用。

我编辑了一个ComboBox模板的副本，原来在ItemsPresenter中只有一个ScrollViewer，我添加了一个带有边距0,5000,0,0的矩形，以便内部的Popup代码将它放在顶部总是。我还将模板绑定移动到ScrollViewer，这样即使没有足够的项目它也不会伸展到顶部。
样式有点长，但就在这里，只需将它放入资源xaml（并将ComboBox的样式设置为ComboBoxStyle1）。让我知道它对你有用！
