更新IOS部署目标

Question

在Xcode中使用React-Native项目工作时，出现以下警告弹出窗口：

1) Build Settings
2) Target 'RNSound' - Update iOS Deployment Target
   An IOS Deployment Target earlier than 8.0 is not supported by this version of Xcode. This will update the value of Target 'RNSound' to '8.0'

上方每个项目旁边都有一个复选框，还有一个Perform Changes按钮。

这到底在告诉我什么？当我按下按钮时会怎样？这会导致我的项目的任何部分开始工作，还是按“执行更改”按钮是首选操作。
