您需要升级django。如果它是一个新项目。请执行以下步骤。

步骤：1 >> pip install Django --upgrade

步骤：2 >> python manage.py makemigrations

步骤：3 >> python manage.py migrate

Ste：-4 >> python manage.py runserver
