我遵循了这些fabcar local instructions，不得不对config.json进行一些更改，最后注册了管理员并运行了node registerUser.js。结果为Failed to register user user1: Error: fabric-ca request register failed with errors [[{"code":19,"message":"CA 'ca.example.com' does not exist"}]]。看起来该CA是在connection.json中定义的。一定是ca.org1.example.com吗？还有什么需要改变的？
