Visual Studio 2019不会发布

Question

我已经在VS 2019中运行了一个.Core项目已有一段时间了，并且我一直在进行构建和发布，但是突然之间不再发布任何内容。我已卸载并重新安装，但遇到相同的错误。

所以我进入了堆栈跟踪/日志，但没有看到问题。
