为什么npm软件包不能自动安装其所有依赖项？

NestJS框架与TypeORM很好地集成，但是运行npm i @nestjs/typeorm会产生@nestjs/typeorm@6.2.0 requires a peer of typeorm@^0.2.7 but none is installed. You must install peer dependencies yourself。

大概有一个原因，为什么安装@nestjs/typeorm不会自动安装它所依赖的typeorm，但我想不出它是什么。
