这并不奇怪。从ImageIO.read文档中:

  

如果没有注册的ImageReader声称能够读取结果   流,返回null。

将随机字节写入数组不会创建任何格式的有效图像数据,因为图像格式具有至少由标头组成的标准结构。因此,ImageIO.read返回null。

正如Leo还提到的那样,仅将随机字节传递给ImageIO.read方法,就无法获得随机图像。您将获得空图像,并将其传递给write方法时,它将引发此IllegalArgumentException。

相反,您可以创建具有预定义宽度和高度的空图像,并设置RGB颜色值以获取如下所示的随机图像。
