我有这个确切的问题。我相信是由于使用系统还原导致还原到VS 16.4.1升级之前，以便修复归因于Windows Update的硬件问题。通过编辑注册表解决了硬件问题。使用VS，我尝试修复两次，但均未成功。最后，使用Visual Studio Installer卸载并重新安装已解决了该问题。
