为什么IllegalStateException发生了？

基本上，情况是，当我们嵌套导航主机片段时，从 Fragment 类中检索子NavHost fragment会引发此异常。请参阅here

官方文档指出：

fun Fragment.findNavController（）：NavController

在不是NavHostFragment的Fragment上或在   NavHostFragment将导致IllegalStateException

解决方案是从活动上下文中检索它，导航库为该（请参阅here）提供了方法：

乐趣Activity.findNavController（@IdRes viewId：Int）：NavController

根据给定View的ID及其包含的内容查找NavController   活动。

在不是NavHost的视图中或在NavHost中调用此方法将   导致IllegalStateException。

因此，更改

val navController = profile_nav_host_fragment.findNavController()

到

val navController = activity.findNavController(R.id.profile_nav_host_fragment)
