查看pom.xml内的target/checkout/文件。可能是，您的主干或主分支中的pom.xml没有distributionManagement标记。

我得到了相同的消息（“未在分配管理元素中的POM中指定了存储库元素”）。我检查了/target/checkout/pom.xml，并根据另一个答案确实缺少<distributionManagement>。

事实证明问题是我的主分支（使用git）中的pom.xml中缺少<distributionManagement>。

清理完毕后（mvn release:rollback，mvn clean，mvn release:clean，git tag -d v1.0.0）我再次运行mvn release并且有效。

两个回购的ID都是localSnap;这可能不是你想要的，它可能会混淆Maven。

如果不是这样：POM中可能有更多repository个元素。搜索mvn help:effective-pom的{{1}}输出，以确保它们的数量和位置符合您的预期。
