pip install biopython和conda install -c conda-forge biopython。我在站点包中看到了。由于某些原因，存在Bio依赖性。如何解决这种依赖性？

很明显，在bio中将Bio重命名为sitepackages才有效

我在Google上搜索了如何在此link中使用pip安装biopython。

1. 您需要输入Capabilities: Channel: &ChannelCapabilities V1_4_3: true V1_1: true 或pip install biopython

2. 然后导入Bio（B不是b）

pip install biopython --user
