Question

我有一个HTML / PHP联系表格，大约两年前我在网站上建立了该表格。最初我一直工作得很好，但现在看来似乎没有发送/接收电子邮件。

我没有更新自己的目标，所以想知道是否需要以任何方式对其进行更新以使其再次正常工作？
