您使用的spring-plugin-core版本与您使用的Spring Data REST版本不兼容。 Spring Boot 2.2使用需要spring-plugin-core 2.0的Spring Data REST 3.2。
当Maven在依赖关系树中多次遇到相同的依赖关系时，最接近树根的依赖关系版本将获胜。您可以运行mvn dependency:tree来查看树。如果这样做，您会看到spring-plugin-core被列为io.springfox:springfox-swagger2的依赖项，并且它使用的是1.2.0版。
如果要使用Spring Data REST，则需要使用2.0。在版本spring-plugin-core上添加自己对2.0.0.RELEASE的依赖关系即可。但是，我认为它也将破坏Springfox，因为它尚不兼容。有关更多详细信息，请参见this issue。
