我是否已从数据库中加载复选框，

例如，如果说我从数据库中选中了复选框1，而现在未选中，则需要在数据库中对其进行更新。

此代码我可以获取复选框的所有当前状态，但我不知道其以前的值。因此，它很难更新当前值的状态并在数据库中添加新状态，
