下载工件时，Gitlab Runner神器-下载器返回“禁止”

我有3个工作的管道。第二项工作将构建docker文件并上传。

但是第三阶段失败并显示此错误。

ERROR: Downloading artifacts from coordinator... error  error=unexpected EOF

因此，我尝试使用gitlab-runner artifacts-downloader在跑步机上下载工件。
