我不知道，如果我们有相同的Mysql程序设计，我使用的是最新版本8.0.26。试试这个： 打开您的 sql 编辑器 -> 转到屏幕左侧的导航器部分 -> 内部 -Instance- 选择 Startup/Shutdown 。

然后点击 -Start server -button。

如果不行，或者程序崩溃了，去windows搜索工具输入-Services-然后搜索Mysql服务，然后点击-start-应该关闭....
