原来是我在不再运行的某个位置设置的本地Fiddler代理。
从VSCode删除Http代理设置后，问题消失了：
文件=>首选项=>设置
搜索“代理”并删除Http: Proxy的所有设置。或者，通过代理更正问题。就我而言，我可能只是开始了Fiddler。
