I installed Ubuntu VM on my Mac awhile ago. When I used to restart and hold down the power and option button at the same time, it would show a screen where I could either access the VM or use the Mac OS. Now it only gives me the option in the image below and cant access the Mac OS. I think I somehow deleted it, but don't know how to reinstall.
