我从Pacemaker资源代理开始httpd。

但是，systemd无法检测到httpd已启动。

为什么运行httpd时systemd无法检测到httpd已经启动？

$ systemctl status httpd
    Active: failed (Result: timeout) since

$ cat /var/run/httpd/httpd.pid
24150

$ ps aux | grep httpd
