在docker image中安装getgauge js插件时看到错误

我正在尝试使用用于运行套件的所有工具来创建映像，然后将其推送至docker repo，这样我在每次运行套件时都不需要构建映像

这是我用来构建映像的dockerfile

RUN gauge install json-report

RUN useradd jenkins -u 2000 -ms /bin/bash -d /home/jenkins
USER jenkins
WORKDIR /workspace

然后只需从dockerfile的同一文件夹运行docker build .

当我尝试使用gauge install js命令安装js插件时，该步骤出现错误

Gauge尝试从~/.gauge/config/gauge.properties文件中读取一些全局属性。从文件获取属性时，如果没有文件存在或某些错误。它将使用Failed to get configuration from Gauge properties file记录警告并使用默认属性。
