问题是您使用的是包含NaN值的普通Python列表:

使用纯列表时,它将序列化为纯JSON。不幸的是,由于(IMO)的明显监督,JSON规范本身不支持传输NaN值。对此无能为力。但是,Bokeh支持以非JSON编码方式对NaN值进行编码。但是这些仅在使用float32或float64 NumPy数组时可用。您将不得不将数据放入其中之一。
