时，我也遇到了同样的问题

尝试类似这样的操作，而不要使用public_path。实际上，您的代码没有错。但是由于权限级别，大多数情况下会发生这种情况。正如其他人所说，您可以尝试重新安装Xampp或尝试执行此操作。
