蓝牙无法搜索Hp EliteBook 840 G2上的设备（Ubuntu-18.04）

我的蓝牙处于打开状态，但它不断搜索设备，但未找到任何设备。我已经从互联网上看到了许多解决方案，但对我却不起作用。
