在uiscrollview中创建一个uiscrollview，其中包含uiimageview。外部uiscrollview水平滚动，内部设置为捏合和缩放。当内部滚动条完全缩小或位于边缘时，IOS实际上足够聪明，可以使用父uiscrollview。

使zoview的scrollview不要忘记实现UIScrollViewDelegate
