Xcode 11.2已于iOS 13.2推出4天后于今天启动。

我无法使Xcode 11.2在iOS 13.2设备上运行。

我使用AppCleaner从计算机中删除了每一个Xcode，然后下载了Xcode 11.2并再次安装。

现在工作正常。

Xcode 11.1并不真正支持iOS 13.2，您应该等待Apple即将发布Xcode 11.2或从Apple网站下载Beta版本的11.2。
