我要在PC关闭/重启时执行以下命令：

echo stuffimtoolazytotypeouthere>"C:\Documents and 
Settings\Administrator\My Documents\file.txt"

但是我希望仅在PC关闭或重新启动时才会发生这种情况。有什么办法吗？
