我无法使用secure vault来加密WSO@ API Manager 2.6.0中的用户名和密码

我做了以下配置：

1. 运行./ciphertool.sh -Dconfigure以启动密码工具
2. 提供要加密的密码
3. 将其添加到/_system/config/repository/ components/secure-vault location的Carbon控制台中。
4. 在调解中称为 <Password>{wso2:vault-lookup('AdminUser.Password')}</Password>
