我不确定问题到底是什么,但是多边形可能会出现问题,因为多边形倾向于违反“每观察一行一行”的整齐数据规则。另外,作为一般原则,我建议在处理地理空间数据时使用geom_sf()。以下是使用geom_sf()复制动画的代码。

从理论上讲,我也应该可以使用geom_sf()来绘制点,但是我遇到了另一个问题,看起来像是带有gganimate的错误,因此我不得不变通并提取投影坐标用geom_point()绘制点和图。
