cffi要求设置为cffi!=1.11.3,>=1.8，新版本1.3出现了问题。

您可以在pyOpenSSL之前安装1.12.3版本：

pip2 install cffi==1.12.3
pip2 install pyOpenSSL

安装libffi-dev可以解决此问题。
