不允许发送或接收数据的请求,因为套接字未连接且(使用sendto调用在数据报套接字上发送时)未提供地址。

您必须在Windows事件日志中添加一些日志记录才能看到正在发生的事情。

最好的起点是在返回false的catch中(因为这会阻止窗口关闭。)如果你在那里记录原因,那么至少你可以查看事件日志以查看为什么你的服务不会关闭。

您应该始终确保在回调发生时为任何异步方法调用EndXXX对应方法。你没有这样做:

InMsg.Socket = ((Socket)ar.AsyncState).EndAccept(ar);

因为它位于!shuttingDown块中。叫它......抓住错误。
