这是我面临的完全相同的问题。内置的apk可以正常运行,但通过playstore内部测试无法正常运行。
Google已在Playstore发布控制台中发布了一项新的签名服务,其中Google会使用其密钥库登录您的应用。签名后,它将为您提供一个新的SHA,您必须在您的firebase帐户中添加它。

现在,您需要从Google开发者控制台复制这些证书并登录到Firebase帐户,然后选择您的应用并转到其设置,在其中您会看到添加指纹选项,因此您可以将从google复制的sha证书添加到该证书中。 sha1和sha256都必须复制并粘贴。然后该Google登录名应该可以正常工作。

解决了!就像高拉夫(Gaurav)所说,是Google的应用签名破坏了交易。内部应用程序测试的事情是,它具有自己的SHAN和SHA256证书。

因此,有发布时的证书和内部测试时的证书。我只需要将这些添加到我的Firebase应用程序配置中。这些可以在“内部应用程序测试”和“应用程序证书”下的标签上找到。
