HTML表单不会在提交时发送电子邮件

Question

我正在仅使用HTML / CSS编写个人网站，并试图添加一个简单的联系表，该表单最初是我根据here的代码改编而成的。此时，表单将返回肯定结果-也就是说，将在肯定结果之后的HTML加载到PHP脚本中-但不会发送电子邮件。

我已经检查了收件箱中的所有文件夹，并再次检查了我的电子邮件地址以确保输入正确。
