Pragma: no-cache

只有你提到的Expires标题有点不同（如果我没有记错的话，Joomla就会使用那个日期时间）。但总而言之，它没有任何区别，因为这两个日期都是过去的。

您应该在代码中尝试session_cache_limiter(false);，以阻止PHP发送其默认缓存标头：
