python.exe在Windows中看不到文件

Question

我用CMD编写：

C:\ProjectStray\Model>python smth.py

但是得到：

python: can't open file 'smth.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

python C:\ProjectStray\Model\smth.py也不起作用

我的文件：

在其他适用的Windows环境中。 我该如何解决？
