我在16.1版中遇到了此错误，我找不到解决方案，因此我将其卸载并用16.2.2版重新安装，但是仍然出现问题。

我删除了VS2019，然后又重新安装了VS安装程序，版本为16.3.1。现在一切都还好。

关闭 Visual Studio（确保任务管理器中不存在 devenv.exe）
删除 %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\version\ComponentModelCache 目录。
重新启动 Visual Studio。

运行时Visual Studio 2019异常（HRESULT的异常：0x80070490）
