使用pip

我正在尝试使用django并使用mysql作为数据库。我本来可以正常运行，但是最近更改了用户帐户的名称，这就是所有问题的出处。我已经用pip install mysqlclient了，但是下面的错误是我得到的。有没有其他方法可以安装mysqlclient？
