如何修复破碎的主题

我手动上传了主题，并收到以下消息：

"Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. 
Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet."

当我直接从Wordpress上传时，出现以下消息：

"The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

就像我已经展示的那样，我尝试手动直接上传它，但都不起作用。
