您使用的是Windows 7 / Vista吗？您需要具有Admin Privileges才能安装SDK组件。

我的猜测是你在64位系统上运行并安装了64位Java。由于我无法理解的原因，您需要安装32位和64位Java。只有这样才能运行SDK入门包，然后安装Eclipse的ADT插件。 （如果您已经安装了插件，请在开始之前将其删除。）
