OpenQuant C＃项目找不到名称空间System.IB

Question

我目前正在使用OpenQuant2014

在文件...\OpenQuant 2014\config\configuration.xml中包含以下元素：

   <Provider>
      <TypeName>SmartQuant.IB.IBTWS, SmartQuant.IB</TypeName>
      <X64>true</X64>
    </Provider>

但是我的OpenQuant C＃项目只能找到名称空间SmartQuant，而找不到SmartQuant.IB

该如何解决？
