CAS服务器：LoggerContext的初始化失败

我正在设置CAS服务器。我正在使用默认cas叠加层中的cas.war。但是，当Tomcat 8尝试进行部署时；它输出错误：

localhost-startStop-1 ERROR There was a problem initializing the LoggerContext [/cas] using configuration at [null]. java.lang.NullPointerException
[...]

默认log4j2.xml位于/etc/cas/config文件中规定的cas.properties，即logging.config:file:/etc/cas/config/log4j2.xml上。初始化LoggerContext时应该访问配置文件吗？还是我误会了什么？
