您尚未显示实际执行的ifort命令。您标记为“ my Intel CMD”（不是）的输出指示ifort命令行上的路径包含空格Program Files (x86)，但未正确引用。这阻止了您的源代码被编译。在我看来，好像python脚本搞错了。奇怪的是，它正在调用编译器，但也将编译器的路径放在命令行中，就好像它是源文件一样。

当我使用MINGW gfortran代替Intel Parallel Studio 2019并使用Microsoft Visual Studio Build Tools 2019代替Microsoft Vissual Studio 2019并使用latest version of Python时，请不要修改setup.py并进行Some modification in radial.for中的UPADTE＃1和UPDATE＃2进行了一些更改，我的问题已解决。
