Android Studio的默认MapsActivity代码不起作用

Question

我已经按照Android Studio中的指导步骤创建了MapsActivity，但是提供的代码无效，并给我一个错误，说

我已将minSdkVersion设置为21，将targetSdkVersion设置为28。

Fragment和MapFragment都来自支持版本，所以我不太了解为什么不起作用。
