我正在尝试为Picard安装Picard。首先，我尝试使用pip install picard直接安装，但是即使我使用conda config --set ssl_verify False禁用了ssl验证，安装也失败了。

我的下一个尝试是下载.tar进行更直接的安装，但与第一次尝试得到的结果相似。
